Garden and Wellbeing Manager

We’re looking for a people-focused and creative individual to lead our team of gardeners to deliver our weekly workshops at The Red Shed — someone who understands the value of nature, connection, and meaningful activity that gardening can bring to others.
This is a part-time role (21 hours/week) suited to someone with relevant professional experience or qualifications in horticulture and ideally, but not specifically, health and social care, or community work. You’ll be confident in leading groups, planning engaging seasonal gardening activities, and supporting a small team of paid staff and volunteers to create a welcoming, safe, and purposeful environment.
